Air Bubble Washing Cleaning Machine

Introduction :

This air bubble washing cleaning machine uses high-pressure water flow and bubble generating device to impact the surface of the material . When the bubble breaks in contact with the raw material , energy will be generated, which will have an impact and scrubbing effect on the surface of the material .

1.  The whole machine is made of all stainless steel 304, which is more durable than ordinary 201 stainless steel and fully meets the national food grade requirements.

2.  The equipment is equipped with a bubble generating device to make the material in a tumbling state and remove the pesticide residue on the product surface. At the same time, an appropriate amount of medicament can be added for disinfection an fixation. Floating matter can overflow from the overflow tank, and the sediment is discharged from the sewage outlet to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

3.  The cleaning tank is equipped with a water circulation filter device. Dirty water can be pumped out by a high-pressure water pump and filtered, and then enter the cleaning tank through the water pump, which greatly saves water consumption.

4.  The climbing and lifting section is equipped with a secondary spray device, which can clean and spray the cleaned products twice.

5.  The feed end is equipped with a forward push device, the angle is adjustable, so that the material forms a convection in the tank, which can clean the product more thoroughly and accelerate the product running speed. 

7.  The machine can be equipped with a lifting device, which can pull out the entire mesh belt bracket, which can clean the mud and sand that stays at the bottom of the sink for a long time.

8.  All are conveyed by mesh belt, (mesh size can be customized according to customer requirements) , and the mesh belt speed is adjutable .
