1. General Description of Square Shape Automatic Discharging Frying Machine 

This series of frying machines are all made of stainless steel, with dual temperature control, which can freely control the temperature of the oil, automatically maintain the temperature of the water, and prevent the water from boiling into the oil and causing oil splash out. 

The wastes and residues generated during the frying process are deposited in the water, and discharged in time after each shift, so that the frying oil is always in a clean, hygienic, fresh, and non-black state.

2. Application of Square Shape Automatic Discharging Frying Machine 

It fits for frying all kinds of snack foods,like :chicken, fish, yellow croaker, shrimp, meat patty, meatball, fruit and vegetable crispy(apple chips, banana chips, potato chips,french fries, onion rings, okra chips, rice cake, mushroom, etc), peanuts/ground nuts, nuts, walnuts, donuts, etc.
